Information we use
Messages and professional enquiries
If you use the Contact form, the site receives the name, email address, enquiry type, optional company or website, subject and message you provide. The form is not intended for confidential medical information, diagnosis requests or details about an emergency.
Email updates
If you choose to subscribe, Dr. Body Gadget and MailerLite use your email address, subscription status, confirmation and unsubscribe information. The signup system may also record limited technical information needed to document consent and prevent abuse.
Visits, security and performance
The website and its infrastructure may process IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, timestamps, approximate region, cookie or consent identifiers, and technical logs. These details help deliver pages, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and understand aggregate use.
Advertising and affiliate interactions
Advertising and affiliate services may process cookie identifiers, consent choices, pages viewed, ad interactions and outbound retailer clicks. Dr. Body Gadget may receive aggregated reports or referral information, but does not receive your retailer password or payment-card details.

Some providers and their infrastructure operate outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, transfers may rely on UK adequacy regulations, approved contractual protections or another lawful transfer mechanism. The relevant provider’s privacy notice explains its arrangements in more detail. Contact Dr. Body Gadget if you would like information about the safeguards relevant to information controlled by SKYFLO LIMITED.
How long information is kept

- Subscription information is kept while you remain subscribed. A limited suppression record may be retained after unsubscribe so another message is not sent by mistake.
- Analytics, consent, advertising and security records follow the configured retention periods of the relevant service and are reviewed when those services change.
- Information needed for a legal claim, fraud prevention or a statutory duty may be kept for the applicable period.
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you the right to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and to object to some processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful use.
You may object where SKYFLO LIMITED relies on legitimate interests. You may also object at any time to use of your personal information for direct marketing. Whether an objection requires processing to stop depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
