  1. In reality muscle does weigh more than fat. Circular reasoning is used to disprove it. By the logic used to prove muscle and fat weigh the same you can prove a mile and a foot are the same distance. 1 inch of a mile equals one inch of a foot therefore a foot equals a mile. We know this is wrong but people do not see the same logic error in the muscle weighing more than fat argument.
